Bob Feller Act of Valor Internship Opportunity

The Bob Feller Act of Valor Foundation, through the unique intersection of Major League Baseball led by the Cleveland Indians and the Department of the United States Navy which includes the United States Marine Corps, recognizes and honors those who support our service men and women with the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award. The Foundation uses the Bob Feller story to educate the youth of today on the lessons of citizenship, service to one’s country, and sacrifice in times of great national need. The main goal of the foundation is teaching the legacy of the greatest generation to the youngest generation that will help instill in them the virtues of service to others.

The Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation Internship program provides an opportunity for students to work with professionals that are part of the Foundation. Unlike most corporate internship programs, our Non-profit Foundation does not limit a students' tenure to a fixed period. Interns will usually be undergraduates but can also include recent graduates and HS students. Our program will provide students practical skills, workplace experience and greater knowledge in the areas of Sports management, Marketing and Business Communications in exchange for the foundation benefiting from extra resources. Our internship program  is voluntary but supports most College and HS  internship program requirements offering college credit hours for participation.
