Why is the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation offering a College Scholarship Program?
The Foundation believes that educating our youth is the best way to strengthen our country and society. With the cost of attending college and trade schools rapidly increasing, paying for higher education has become a larger burden for most military families.
