Board of Directors – Leo Boczar
Leo attended Valencia College where he majored in Graphic Design and minored in Graphic Design Technologies. After his studies, Leo began his career 13 years ago as a graphics troubleshooter for Universal Color Lab, a division of Berry & Homer, Inc. where later he became the supervisor of Graphic Services before moving on to expand his knowledge and experience.
From Universal Color Lab he went on to work for the 5th largest Sir Speedy Printing franchise in the world as the Senior Graphics Production Manager. In 1998, Leo was offered the position of Integrated Marketing Specialist with 1220 Exhibits. Being known for his out-of-the-box style, and having a flare for the intelligent & dramatic, Leo worked hand in hand with many companies developing and implementing various marketing and strategy campaigns for tradeshows, events and internal corporate communications. These clients included such companies as: BET Networks, Hanley-Wood LLC, Hitachi Telecommunications, USA, The Navy League of the United States, Clarion Exhibitions, The US Department of Commerce, Yamaha North America and Bausch & Lomb.
In 2003, Leo was offered an opportunity to become the Marketing Manager with Fabric Images, Inc. Leo is the current Director of Communication with the Senior management team were he serves as both communicator, visionary, designer and educator for both the internal worlds of Fabric Images, Inc and the external events and exhibition communities
As a business developer and trendspotter, Leo created a morphing collaborative opportunity to design and develop a uniquely positioned group of designers, copywriters, animators and 3D experiential creators into a one-of-a-kind integrated marketing think tank that specializes in providing turnkey solutions for its clients called the Skapa Group.
