Bob Arnold, Jr. is an altruistic servant leader and trusted advisor, who strives to make the world a better place, in both professional and personal endeavors locally and beyond, through adherence to core values.

As a trusted advisor, Bob seeks to control and/or reduce costs on behalf of his clients, all while rendering exceptional service. He is the Vice President of Arnold Standard Cos. He is also a licensed insurance broker and serves as President of Arnold Standard Risk Services, Inc.

A strong believer that education is a continuous, lifelong activity, Bob dedicates more than 60 hours to continuing education seminars and events throughout the year, in subjects relevant to the services he renders, including accounting and financial management, insurance and risk management, labor and employment law, human resources management and cyber security.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science, with majors in both Finance and Marketing, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU. Prior to that, he received his A.S. in Business Administration from Nassau Community College, where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.

Bob serves the business community through his dedicated involvement with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), where he is an active member of the Board, and Past President of the Long Island Chapter. In addition, he is a Past President of the IMA Metropolitan New York Regional Council. IMA’s mission is to provide a forum for research, practice development, education, knowledge sharing, and advocacy of the highest ethical and best business practices in management accounting and finance.

Bob also serves as a member of the Board of ADDAPT, an association of companies in the Aerospace & Defense Industry Supply Chain dedicated to positively influencing regulatory and legislative policies, in order to develop a sustainable regional plan that will help grow our historically strong and emerging manufacturing sectors.

A passionate supporter of our military service members, as well as those who support them, Bob also serves as a member of the Board of the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation, which through a unique intersection of baseball and the United States Department of the Navy, recognizes and honors the very best that America has to offer. In addition, the Foundation utilizes the Bob Feller story to promote the lessons of citizenship, service, sacrifice and legacy to members of the younger generations.

Bob has served his hometown community as Blood Drive Chair of the PTA and Assistant Girls Soccer Coach. He continues to serve on the Board of the Towers of Freedom Military Monument, a memorial to those lost in the events of 9/11, as well as our fallen members of the military in the subsequent war on terror, located in John Burns Park in Massapequa.
